VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT
$100 (30 min)
I understand that you're busy and may have trouble physically making it to the clinic. I also understand if you live too far away and need to consult via a virtual appointment. I am a licensed Physical Therapist in both California and Ohio, so I am able to treat patients located in either state via telehealth.
CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY SESSION
$150 (1 hour)
Craniosacral therapy involves the use of light touch on the skull, spine, and pelvis. Using the 10-step protocol, we can determine abnormalities in the craniosacral rhythm, promote relaxation, and encourage overall return to homeostasis. Works great for those with chronic pain, on children, and during pregnancy and postpartum.
COMPREHENSIVE FITNESS ASSESSMENT
$375 (2-1 hour sessions)
The comprehensive fitness assessment is designed to determine your fitness level across several domains including strength, power, flexibility, mobility, cardiovascular endurance, body composition, and muscular endurance. Following the 2 part assessment, you will be provided a score report including areas for improvement and training recommendations.
INJURY RISK

The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a screening tool used to evaluate seven fundamental movement patterns in individuals with no current pain complaint or musculoskeletal injury. The FMS is not intended to diagnose orthopedic problems but rather to demonstrate opportunities for improved movement in individuals.
