ABOUT LONGEVITY PHYSICAL THERAPY + WELLNESS

My goal is to facilitate healing for patients who have been struggling with chronic pain. I achieve this through proven hands-on techniques, one-on-one therapy, individualized rehabilitation programs and treatment plans designed for each patient.

I am originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. I got my Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Miami University and my Doctor of Physical Therapy from Mount St. Joseph University. Shortly after graduation, I moved with my husband to Southern California.

I have been a licensed Physical Therapist since 2018, and have gained experience in many practice settings. I have worked in outpatient orthopedics, acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and pelvic health. In 2021, I became a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.

My favorite conditions to treat include temporomandibular dysfunction, chronic pain, cervicogenic headaches, pelvic pain, and hypermobility disorders! I provide evidence-based treatment, but I believe the true power lies in education. The better we understand ourselves and our bodies, the more likely we are to keep them healthy.

My personal interests include spending time with my husband Drew and our two dogs, Clarkson and Max. We love to travel the world, go to the beach, and try new foods. I grew up playing a lot of sports, like basketball, soccer, track, and swimming. Nowadays, I spend my time doing yoga, pilates, running, and playing tennis.
